Manual 50% of the time.
AV the other 50% when I am lazy.

Mostly Av with ISO on front wheel or M with spot metering and green button. Perhaps 75% Av, 24% M and ~1% TAv, as I almost never use Sv, P or Auto.

For some reason, I consider the shutter speed the least important as long as it is quick enough to capture what I'm framing. My Av mode is basically ASv and M has green button set to "Av line". TAv is very useful for conserts etc. if the lighting changes much and my goal is to freeze motion, blur the background and care less about the noise.
