Oh, I should also mention, that I am not trying to sell Topaz products to anyone , lest I get accused like John did.
I do believe Pentax should include the software with every purchase of the K-7 though.

Wow, that's an awesome photo you shot. Nature never fails to amaze me. With scenery like that, i might just forget to take my camera out, haha. Cheers.
Thanks! Funny thing is I almost missed it because I was concentrating on the music on the stage in front of me (which is also why I was at ISO 1600 - although it was a bright sunny day, the stage was in deep shadow).

Excellent results Mike & Gary.
That ISO 1600 result from a K10D is simply amazing.

You have earned respect for squeezing these out of your K-7!

Well here's an ISO 1600 capture from the K10D in quite ordinary lighting:

No PP noise control, colour or sharpening done. Just a quick RAW processing...

Midnight swim

We dropped by a water park on out way our of the city last night and caught a few swans hanging around the fountain and thought it was intriguing so I took a few snaps.
I'd consider the conditions to be tough considering there was no front lighting, though I think the 50/1.4 did a really nice job with the OOF highlights and fountain.

K20D, ISO6400, 1/20s, f/1.8
