Time lapse of us boys at play, shot with K20 and Tamron 17-50.

Why would they cap the interval shooting at 99 shots? That needs to be left open.

That's an awesome video.

Yeah, I was pretty disappointed by the cap on the interval shooting as well. I had wanted to a 2 week timelapse of some construction near my house but the 99 limit seemed to present too much of a handicap and I didn't want to buy extra equipment at the time.

Well the link worked today. This is fun. I hadn't even bothered to look at this feature on my k20. Guess I'll give it a go too. My only comment on the video is that when the boys get to the play part the interval is too long to really show boys with their toys. However, this was fun, thanks.

99 photo limit got you down?

Problem solved:

I have this exact model and two weeks ago I used it to shoot about 175 images w/flash at a rate of 1 every 2 minutes.

Its approx a 650 shot timelapse. Stuffed it up a bit what with not be organised with a tripod and the compression kills it also but yes it was definately fun to make and it was a great day.

blackcloudbrew - the shots were actually taken more often once the riding began but it wasnt automatic interval i took over shooting when they were stunting. But like you say it probably could have done with sequences at that stage.

Cheers for the link Where Waldo.

Thanks for looking.

timer remote

you can easily take more than 99 exposures with the K20 - get one of these and there is no limit to the number of shots it will take - i use the battery grip as well so i have been able to do 2 week intervals with no problems -
enjoy!
