I was looking throught the manual online and could not find this feature. On the K20D you can shoot in monochrome. Any insight from a K7 owner. I was only reading the manual.

Pressing the "right" button on the four way controller will get you into the "Custom Image" settings screens.

Or you can convert the image later in the camera I think.
