The current version of UFRaw (at least from CVS) can read the K-7 DNGs, albeit with a black band at one edge of the image. After loading a DNG (shot with a given WB preset) and choosing "Camera WB" in the UFRaw interface, the corresponding channel multipliers can be seen in Options -> Configuration (documented on the UFRaw web site:

Note that by default, the K-7 can auto-fine-tune the preset WB settings, so I assume it is best to set custom setting "11. White balance adjustable range" to "Fixed" before doing this sort of thing. At least, that's what I did...
