Flash for GX-1L

I need flash for GX-1L. What is the most compatible ? Maybe all Pentax flash is compatible, but how about the third party ones? I prefer the ability to swivel and rotate. Thanks.

Hi Zoe, welcome to the forum.

In answer to your question, all Pentax Flash-guns will fit the Samsung as they use the same TTL (through the lens) system.

As for 3rd party flash guns for Pentax/Samsung, you are looking at Metz (the 48 and 58 both have swivel heads), Sigma with the EF 530. Sunpak did make Pentax TTL flashguns, but not currently. However as the GX-1L uses the older TTL system, you might find a secondhand Sunpak flash to buy.
