ok well this is your shot iso 1600:

And here's some of mine at 1600 & 800:

Now bear in mind your photo looks light it has flash in it where as mine do not, maybe they could have benefited from a little flash from the side but blame that on pentax uk repair times.

These kind of images are not possible with the k10d as you start to get banding iso lines at 800 iso and above in these very low light level environments.

Some of you need to open your horizons a little its a foot, its clean it didn't smell yes it may need a bit of moisuriser but so what... shall we all post photos of our feet and compare them.... no. If all you want to look at is pretty faces and nothing else then its getting a bit sad.

And just to annoy you all even more here's a photo JOE MCNALLY took (i think for life magazine) of ballerine dancers showing that their feet really do take punsishment for all their lovely work they do and actually cause them a fair bit of trouble.

As a photographer the idea is to look at whats around you and show it in a new light make it stand out, how can you best illustrate a story where dancers have been preparing for weeks puting in hours of effort. This one image shows it all.
