K10D mirror lock-up

With K10D...is it possible to lock the mirror up while taking pictures (i.e., while on a tripod to further reduce camera shake)? Or is it available only for cleaning the sensor?

2 sec. self-timer mode automatically activates mirror lock up and de-activates SR.

If you use P-TTL flash, it also fires the preflash strobe (for light measuring) before flipping the mirror up.
