K100D Super, sensor faulty?

Hi all.
During my last startrails shooting, i noticed a darker stripe at the top of all images.
First i believed it had to do with the infalling light, but then i noticed the same at the dark frames i took for the noise reduction.
All images in PEF format, 30s exposure, in camera NR off.
In the images below, the exposure is adjusted +4 to make the dark stripe more visible.
Do i have a faulty sensor, or is something else causing this?
Is there a K100D Super owner out there that can take a dark frame with the settings above, to see if you have this phenomena too?

Thanks in advance,
Lage
