hi all.... cba in full force.. i currently have my trusty k200d, with some nice old legacy and newer glass to use....
qvc has this kit on sale, and it is very affordable... can pay for it over 6 months and this includes the 3 year pentax warranty...
is this a no-brainer ???
i simply can't pull the trigger on the k-7, unless i want my wife to beat me senseless... which is not far off......
from what i've read to date, iq is not substantially better in the k20d, unless cropping comes into play... which is something i do most oftern, true????
also, i'd like to overcome the small buffer that is inherent to the k200d...
what say you my forum friends....

Pull the bloody trigger mate. So the wife beats you senseless. That would assume you had any to start with.

If you're not fussed about the 'extra' IQ, then how about a K10D...
Win-win.. You have a bigger buffered camera with lots of added features, and your wife doesn't need to bring out that baseball bat from the attic...

My wife surprised me with the K20D from QVC back in June. At that time, it was $699 +$14 s/h. I still have my K100D (non-super), and it is/was a fine camera, but I definitely like the K20D so much better.
