Ok, this is from further down the page. At the top of the page, they say:
Tropicalisation boîtier - optiques
standard - grip
Meaning that body and lens are better protected than the grip (otherwise, they would have said:
Tropicalisation boîtier - optiques - grip
which they didn't!

So, let's say at least that we receive confusing messages from Pentax (France) here.

Furthermore, this is what they say over time:
K-7: Tropicalisation: boîtier - optiques; Standard: grip
K20D: Boîtier tropicalisé
K10D: Boîtier anti-ruissellement
So, without any technical change, they changed their wording (more aggresive market positioning) when going from K10D to K20D. Point is that true tropicalisation is something you cannot currently buy for any series SLR.

We don't talk about rainy days here. We talk about months in humid conditions.

Maybe, the K20D and K-7 passed some tropicalisation test in France (which the grip didn't). This would be interesting news to learn about ...

well actually I think this is just wording...since the D-BG4 is not even listed on their website neither on the K7's "accessoires" page nor on the general "accessoires" page.

I am not so sure, they really have a clue about those issues, though they are now/ or soon to be European Headquarters, their website is not even in English...

That's what they claim, Actualités - PENTAX France

Tropicalisation complète du boîtier, des optiques standard, du grip optionnel..." meaning all of those items have a complete "tropicalisation".

"PENTAX est la seule marque à proposer un kit standard entièrement tropicalisé (boîtier, optiques standard et poignée d’alimentation)"
