Ok, this is from further down the page. At the top of the page, they say:

standard - grip
Meaning that body and lens are better protected than the grip (otherwise, they would have said:
Quote: Tropicalisation boîtier - optiques - grip
which they didn't!
So, let's say at least that
we receive confusing messages from Pentax (France) here.
Furthermore, this is what they say over time:
Quote: K-7: Tropicalisation: boîtier - optiques; Standard: grip
K20D: Boîtier tropicalisé
K10D: Boîtier anti-ruissellement
So, without any technical change, they changed their wording (more aggresive market positioning) when going from K10D to K20D. Point is that true tropicalisation is something you cannot currently buy for any series SLR.
We don't talk about rainy days here. We talk about months in humid conditions.
Maybe, the K20D and K-7 passed some tropicalisation test in France (which the grip didn't). This would be interesting news to learn about ...
