Bower SFD926P Flash for Pentax Digital SLR Camera

Hi,

Has anyone ever got the above flash for their K10D/K20D DSLRs? if yes, are they P-TTL or just TTL? I am thinking of purchasing it as I do not have the budget for the AF540 which costs SGD $650.00 in Singapore. this is slightly more than SGD $200.00.

Need advise thanks.

Did not realise another forumer was asking the same question but wonder why no one has answered. Is it because no one is using?

This is P-TTL and works really well on my K100D super.
A lot has been discussed about this.
Same as the Vivitar DF 383 only vivitar sells it for more.
Do a search as I have also posted a photo of this mounted on my camera.
There are also reviews on the accessories section..look for the keywords Digital Concepts, Bower, or Vivitar.

Yes I am a "cheapo" photographer. Mostly because my accountant doesn't like my "expensive" hobby. So, I got the Bower Flash. It works very good. I have only had a few problems. When I turn it on and try a picture (set for manual flash) I sometimes don't get a flash on the first shot. And a couple of times (bad connection???) the flash set itself at maximum and the shot was totally flooded. Other than that it's worked out great. I did one photo shoot with about 200 shots and the flash worked the whole time without a glitch and I got some execellent results.
