thanks everybody for your inputs, into the thread, very interesting discussion and everyone can make up his mind..

what I can see, is that K-7 does well enough. there is a little more noise than in k20d but the noise in k-7 is easier to clean.
and it's a little more attractive, at least to me..

so I guess if I will find the necessary financial resources i'll get K-7, kx isn't profesional enough to me needs.

I usually shoot raw even with k20d, because I noticed huge difference, so shooting raw with k-7 will not be a problem to me.

FWIW, I've never used Noiseware, but I did try out Neat Image and Noise Ninja head to head and found I vastly preferred Neat Image.
