Could anybody post the sharp photos from K-x? Full-sized.
I've seen a lot of photos of K-x and downloaded RAW files and can't see sharp photos.
All photos I've seen (even with sharpness in RAW convertor) are rather soft.

I find that surprising. When the shutter speed is high, the lens is at optimal aperture/focal length and the image is focused properly, I find the K-x to be sharper "pixel for pixel" than my K20D was, at least to my subjective impressions.

As soon as my image hosting website re-enables uploads, I'll post an example.

I'm confused because you've said that you hate the way Sony sensors render. So, I guess I don't understand what your driving at...

Your point is that, you think, Pentax produced a camera that does not take sharp pictures? Is that really your contention?

I posted a few in this thread. It seems sharp enaugh for me (similar sharpness as from my previous camera K-m).

Few more images (sharp, I hope): Pentax SLR Talk Forum: Digital Photography Review

Ya I noticed AWB is a little bit colder than on my K-m, but it's pretty much spot on (overcast day).

I don't like green colour at photos...
Nor saturation, neither contrast in convertor can't help...

Tried fine tuning of green and yellow - no good result too.

10 MP CCD looks better.

Hm..I don't know. I went through my old K-m shots from DA 35 and the green colour similar to me. Yellow is more saturated on K-m tho (RAW).

K-m? I doubt. K-m has more contrast and WB is warmer.
I say about as shot version.

Matter of taste I guess. Sharpness seems ok to you?

Ok.
It seems to me K200D with the same sharpness in LR is a bit better.
The picture is sharp and more film like, K-x is more digital. Anyway, maybe I'm not right...I have no DA lenses.
It's just my opinion.
