I would just like to say...

anyone out there with an Canon DSLR debating whether or not to get an EOS to K-mount adapter, go for it!

I told my friend Vanessa if she bought one i would let her use my lenses. So i found her one on ebay for $18, and it works perfectly!

There's her XSi with my 50/1.7 mounted on it. I don't have any shots of the adapter itself but its all-metal and solid as a rock. It snapped onto the lens and body very snugly and wasn't too hard to remove.

Infinity focus works perfectly, and so does everything else. Pictures come out very nice [but not as good as when mounted on my K-7 LOL]. Feels as though the lens was made for the canon in the first place [don't shoot me for saying that].

But yeah! i justed wanted to share that

I purchased on of these for my brother (his wife just happened to buy the Canon XTI for him), and I also gave him a Tak 50mm f1.4.

He's now starting to realize the whole prime lens craze.
