moiré - aliasing effect on K20D screen

I searched the forum but did not find any info...

When I view pictures on my K20D screen, there is an awful moiré/aliasing effect, especially thin lines show as jagged...

Is there a way to fix this, is there an anti-alias filter that can be applied to remove this effect?

any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks much

This is caused by the image being resized from 15mp to the ~1mp screen resolution.
The review screen is there for composition review, nothing else.

Thanks...
the k20d is new to me... this is something that I never saw with my K10d...
So this is normal? It's particularly bad, I wish there was a way to fix it... I mean almost all the lines show up as jagged and repeating patterns are also a problem.
