If you search "Nintendo Wii" on Bing you will get an sponsored link from ebay with 15% cashback. Once you are at ebay, search for k-x you like to get the 15% cashback instead of 8%.

At bing .com don't click shopping. Just type the keyworkd on the search box.
damnit! nice tip! wish i would have had it a week ago. would have liked the extra 5% off

Found this interesting combo at bestbuy -

PENTAX K-x White 12.4MP Digital SLR Camera with Bag and Extra Lens

Seems like the only way to get a white kx with the 55-300 - and you are getting the standard version (not the DA L), plus a sling bag for pretty much the original list price for the black 18-55/55-300 combo! still have to pay tax, but a decent deal. oh and bing cashback for bestbuy is currently 5% as well, another $40+ off.

Used the "Nintendo Wii/Bing Cashback" advice dogi mentioned to purchase the Pentax K-x KX 12.4 MP Digital SLR 18-55 & 50-200 BUNDLE from Beach Camera on eBay.

Price: $669 - 15% or $100.35 Bing Cashback (BCB) = 568.85

Tricky but worth the trouble. See the forums on for more info. My Cashback is still pending, but should pan out to be a decent deal if it all comes together.

Now if someone would just purchase the 15mm K lens I have listed, I'll be able to afford some Limited glass. Can't wait! Hope this is of some help.

That is a sweet deal - I've never had a problem with the cashback program, been using it alot in the last 6 months (several times from beach in particular). Enjoy when it arrives!

I don't know if someone has mentioned this yet, but if you are willing to wait for Amazon to get the kit plus 55-300mm in stock to ship, the price is $668.99. Not for people without a little patience though.

On another note, I decided between white or navy, and ordered the Navy from Beach Camera for 599 - 89 = $510. It looks like Beach has sold out of the white, and it looks like Prodigital has sold out of all their k-x's (was selling them for $579 which with the 15% cashback totaled $492 -- WOW!) I missed on that deal, but am very happy paying $510.

Also, for me the Bing cashback was instant, which was even nicer. I have used the Bing/MS cashback program before, for those who's cashback wasn't instant, is this the first time you have used the program?

Nice find. That would make the K-x's from Beach Camera ~$480 after cashback.
If I could have only waited a few more hours...
Oh well, I am still happy with the price I paid.

Ouch. Wish I would have waited a bit too. 20/20 hindsight.

The 70/2.4 is looking good at $388 and the Samsung 35/2 at $336 (with 20% BCB). Almost back to their early 2008 price levels. Almost.

Wonder how long it will last?

I am considering purchasing a used but minty 40mm f2.8 that is priced significantly lower than all the new lenses listed (although I may have some competition now that I mention it here).

Does this work with all Buy-It-Now items, even used from private sellers?

If so it seems like there would be some great deals to be had.

Someone might even be able to pick up my minty 15mm K f/3.5 listed with a Buy-It-Now of $760 with 20% cashback = $608

AFAIK it works with any BIN auction as long as you use Paypal.

You should see the Bing Cashback logo on the upper page of ebay. It is a dollar sign after the description of the item. And when you click buy, it will show the cashback amount.

20% dead now.

BCB at 15% now. Some claim it went to 30% last year. Won't hold my breath but some potential amazing deals on Pentax gear if so!!

What did you search for to get 15%? I see only 8%. I've tried Wii, Sony, Panasonic.
