Problems with back dial and battery gripon K20

Hi again everybody
The rear dial on my K20 seems not to respond sometimes. It goes dead I found out that when I switch off the Battery grip it stop doing it.
Is there any one with the same problem? Did you a find solution?
Kind regards
Xavier

This is a known issue. If the e-dials of the camera or grip get left in a half position, then it will lock the e-dials. Just make sure the e-dials are in a full position, the light click, or turn off the grip when not needed.

Thank you
Russell
