How easily can you remove the color off a Kx?

I have seen reports that the color of a colored Kx can be rubbed off very easily.
First I thought that the bodies are solid-colored plastic, but this is apparently not so?
They are painted only? Underneath they are grey?

True?

Experiences?

no idea how easily ti comes off but i can beleive that they are just painted since the sheer number of colours they produce would be a nightmare to produce in each colour in solid plastic

though i imagine the black white ones are likely to be coloured plastic rather than painted

If the Kx was painted rather than solid plastic, we can take some decal-works and change the color by days
