K200d and weird non working aperture.

Hello,

I have a problem with K200d. If i make two photos with a minimal and a maximal aperture with a same exposure time, those photos are same. it seems that i am making photos with aperture wide open (independently on aperture settings). when i look at a lens and make a photo, i see that the aperture is moving, but i think it`s too slow or whatever. i don`t know what to do. Have you ever had similar problem? Do you know how much service repair could cost? Thank you very much for any advice or help.
Sorry for english, i`m not a native speaker.

Peter.

The problem can be in the lens, or in the camera body, or with the operator. You have to find out which one first, then talk about how/how much to fix.

Does this happen with any lenses, or does it happen only with a particular lens?

If it happens with only a particular lens, what's the make/model of the lens?

Can you post photos of an example with full EXIF data.

it`s an issue on all my lenses, 18-55 II, 55-300 and FA 50 1.4
here is example, photos are taken with same exposure time, aperture: F4 and F22

and when i took off the lens and look at the "aperture control rod" on the body, it seems that it is reacting after shuting down the mirror, so it is very slow.
