Dear all..
Have you guys ever noticed, why there's no Black body with Red grip option?
For you who wants a "normal" DSLR color but also want a lil bit customized,
i think this option / combination will be great.. That will be cool IMO..

Does any one know why pentax does not give these (black body with red grip) option?

I've made some illustration of these option below..
What do you think? :P

No offense, but doesn't look to great, that's probably why. A more better question is why wouldn't they make a black K-x with a grey grip, but in the end jet black is the best black.

beauty is subjective my friend, you could always customize it with a coloured or patterned strap, i purchased the white and got myself a B&W zebra strap with Blue velvet lining.

Perhaps it's because where the hands go there will be more obvious soiling of the grip, which makes coloured grips look dirty after a short period of use.

I've been a mechanic all my life, almost 40 years of working around trucks and refrigeration equiptment. I shudder to think what the red or white Kx would look like with my meat hooks handling it. I do try to keep my hands as clean as I can but reality is that after all these years I think I sweat oil and grease.
