Hi,

I have an issue. When playing k7 videos in windows media player, the audio is not in sync with the video. The latency is huge and gets worse as the video plays longer. Is anybody else experiencing this?

I don't have a k7. But async A/v happens if your PC is not powerful enough. Usually audio is fine, video may lag

Hi Idler,

I don't get async with other video files, the laptop is a 2ghz dual core t4200 with 3gb ram. I've had lesser pc's without issue. I will try to view the same files on another system as soon as I can to cross referrence.

Try playing them in VLC

try using this free software to play the files: VLC media player for Windows

It seems like codec issue. Either VLC or ffdshow (ffdshow | Get ffdshow at SourceForge.net ) should help.

Yes, it's codec isue. Try to check if you have proper MJPEG codec installed on your computer.
