K-7 What are your settings?

Just wondering what everyone's K-7 settings are for best IQ. I know, I know. If you want best IQ shoot RAW, but to be honest I don't need it 90% of the time for day to day shooting.

Currently I have the following

JPG Recorded Pixels = 14MP
JPG Quality = 4 stars
D Range Settings = OFF

Program Line = Normal
HDR Capture = OFF
Color Space = sRGB
Shake Reduction = ON

Slow Shutter Speed NR = ON
High ISO Noise Reduction = Medium
High ISO NR Start Level = ISO 400

Color Profile = Natural
Sharpness = +3 bars
Fine Sharpness = Not used. (Can this be set independently?)

I am not sure if there are any other hidden settings so if there are, please share them here.

If they work for you then they are the best settings, it's all subjective and according to taste.

I am still interested in what other people's settings are as I'm interested to know if I can improve on my settings.

The K-7 has a plethora of different adjustments and I'm sure someone can inform us which ones actually make a difference and which ones are best turned off.

I've only had my K-7 (and K-x for that matter) for a few days and haven't had a lot of time to play around with either (kids etc). So any time I can save from other's findings would be an advantage.

Raw DNG 14MP (I don't shoot JPEG)
D-range - Depends, I normally shoot with it on in the mornings where the sun is too bright. Otherwise it stays off.
Shadow Compensation - I set this to medium whenever shooting with D-range on.

Color Space - sRGB
Shake Reduction - Always on. Unless I'm using a flash gun mounted on my camera or I'm on a tripod, then I turn it off.

Slow Shutter Speed NR = Off
High ISO Noise Reduction = Low
High ISO NR Start Level = ISO 800

Color Profile = Natural
Sharpness = -2 bars
Fine Sharpness = Not used
