White Balance

Using my new K7 I am going thru some of the settings. What is the Colour Temp Enhancement? CTE how does it work? When would you use it?
On my *stDS I generally left it on auto colour temp unless indoors or on cloudy days.
There are many WB settings on the K7 that I am experimenting with. The instruction books do not give any examples just explains how to set it.
Any thoughts on this feature?
New to the K7

All the CTE function does is saturates and enhances the colors further. So basically, it's a built-in saturation enhancement feature.

Personally, I'd never use the feature as I would fine tune these settings in photoshop, but if someone were to use it, I would imagine the best opportunity would be with landscape photography.
