Excellent shots, twitch. How did you achieve the panning effect in the second picture?
Thanks. Long exposure for that shot was achieved with f/22 plus a 6 stop ND filter.

Wow, nice picture!
I would totally freak if I attempted that...

I took these at Pigeon Point Light Station in San Mateo County, CA. The second one is a little soft, I used too small of an aperture.

With the arrival of the K-5 my photo bag contains two cameras..K-5 and k200d..so my K-x went on to replace my P&S in my crew bag..I bought a very very good cheap F35-105 two years ago..now these two became a perfect combo..35mm is more than enough for aerial captures..while the 105mm zoom gives some flexibility..and this lens is nicely sharp too..

Zurich,Switzerland..big bird just about to roll..while the other is waiting for her turn..(and for us because we were next)

after take off turning back heading East back to Budapest. We took from the runway which ends "above" the village in the bottom left corner.

Thanks for looking

No..when I could have flown I was not interested..now my airline stopped flying long-haul..my partner(the mother of my son) used to fly long haul..if I say she was in New York 100 times I'm probably underestimating..actually for her it was like "going downtown" to do some shopping..just like the other hundred times in Toronto, Canada..and of course Thailand

Another 'Had the camera a Month' people here.

I'm learning... slowly...

So far these are the ones I've impressed myself with the most.

Welcome to the family Seba and Sagitta Really nice shots for first months with the camera.

Here's a recent shot from me that seems to be a crowd pleaser:

love my kx

I've had my kx since November, but just took it off full auto mode. I learn something new every day! Here are some pictures I took last weekend.

How do you get the effect you put on the man smoking the cigarette? (let me guess, Harvey?) I love that effect, like it's come from an 80's movie or something
