The little KX competes well against cameras costing 3 or 4 times as much. Love this and my K200D for shows.

These shots were taken last night with a Pentax K-x, prime focus to a 10" Skywatcher AZ GoTo telescope. Single shots, 30 secs at 3200 ISO, without NR enabled!

The Ring Nebula and Andromeda Galaxy.

Hi! thank you,
I used the DA L 18-55mm kit lens on my Pentax K-x
f/7.1
1/400sec
ISO 200
Just a UV filter to protect the front element from sand and the like
There was a low tide so I was able to walk out a bit into the ocean, find a low angle and get the reflection in the waters quite nicely.
