Only a touch of content aware magic worked on this one. Came out far better than I hoped.

haha I love the image Saggita. The caption is perfect.

Here is a photo from the very last day of Burning Man 2011...there was dust being kicked up from cars leaving the city...and I saw a lot of "playa twisters" that day.

and yes I know the horizon line isn't perfect...but I don't mind it.

Some awesome shots. That panorama featuring the mountain range in the background looks stunning. Tell me your secrets.

Thank you rawr. The panorama of the Tetons was made my stitching 16 shots together (I think the full sized JPEG is something like 85MB. I first set my camera for full auto then aimed (while in portrait mode) at the center of my composition and half pressed the shutter button. I took a look at the settings the camera would have used for the shot, set the camera to manual mode and input those settings. I then mounted the camera on a tripod, and moved from left to right making sure to over lap 1/3 of each previous shot with each successive shot. I couldn't wait to get home to stitch them together to see how the final result turned out. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Saw my favorite band play in Atlanta last night, here's a handful of the shots I thought were pretty good. All shot with an M50/1.7

Here's one I took while on the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina this past July. This is an HDR, but shot with a K-x and I like it so much I had to post it.

This is pretty modest compared to some of the images posted here, but 'tis the season!

Shot with a Sigma 50mm f1.4 HSM prime a few weeks ago:
