I've accumulated a good handful of lenses over the past year of owning a k-x, but I have to say that after having this D FA Macro 100/2.8 for just 6 days now... I don't think I even want to use the other ones anymore, haha. Does this happen to anyone else?

Yes, it also happens to me - my 105 Viv'ee Macro made me retire a ton of other lenses, now it seems I am addicted to the DA*50~135mm...

Excellent shots BTW...

I thought it was Sweden and checked your profile to be sure. Nice one on Gröna Lund, it looks way more beautiful on your photo than in reality. From where did you shoot?
Yes the photo has been snapped from Skansen!

Of all the Takumars, I've been reaching for the Super Takumar 105/2.8 exclusively, I think the Focal Length is extremely usable, and it's very very compact as well!

Kx + Pentax M 135/3.5 - just got this lens, I'm always pleasantly surprised how compact M lenses are, this one seems to be in super shape with good optics. I pretty much gave up on M lenses, my K-m, K10 and K20 green button metering was seldom close nor consistent, simply frustrating. However, I've found the K-x does a superb job in Manual mode using the green button, almost spot on everytime! I am very very happy with the K-x, its compact size along with diminutive Takumars and Pentax M's just go hand in hand...

If you are not currently working as a professional photojournalist, it is a loss to the public. Your images are amazing. Every one you have posted is better than any portrait I have ever taken, and all of them are on par with the excellent images we expect from publications such as National Geographic.

Not the best, but the first

Just upgraded to K-x from K100D. These 2 are from the first batch I shot. I love this camera.
