Hey everyone, not sure if this is the right section to post this in but it seems to be the most appropriate section.

Engadget is having their yearly gadget awards, and the Pentax K-x is an option under Camera of the Year! I think we should all go support the K-x!

I voted (and put in a bunch of votes for the brilliant Playstation 3 slim where it was nominated while I was at it), but you can't expect an entry-level camera like the K-x to compete in a poll against cameras that cost 5 or 6 times as much money. (They aren't polling for value, just a hazily-defined excellence). The K-7 would have made more sense in the company of most of the other cameras in that poll.

Anyway Canon users are gonna vote for a Canon camera, Nikon users for a Nikon, etc., and guess who there are more of...
