K20D correcting back focus procedure

Hi everybody,
I know this issue has been adressed before but I fail to find it again.
Please advice.

Rather than using a test pattern, take a picture of something with detail at your normal working distance. Then, "bracket" that with plus and minus adjustments. Do a few at each setting. Then, take those back to your computer and decide which has the best focus.

Repeat for each lens.
