Front/back focus adjustment on K7

I've hunted through the K7 manual and didn't find the focus adjustment per lens. Is it there -- what page? -- and how do you guys actually do it?

Page 121 of the manual. I advise to get an electronic copy to make searching for something easier. I don't have a camera with this luxury so can not advise on the howto.

Basically, you need to shoot with your camera on a tripod with a focus chart at a 45 degree angle to the chart. This should be done in natural light. Focus on the center point. If the resulting photo focuses behind the center line then you are back focusing and if you are in front then you are front focusing. Make small changes and reshoot. You only need to do this wide open with each lens.
