Can't find shutter count

I have looked at the EXIF info in InfanView and PhotoME and cannot find the shutter count for my Kx. What am I overlooking?

In the Manufacturer Notes section, look for Shutter Count. If you are using any software that strips exif, you won't see this. Take a pictures straight off of your camera or memory card and don't do anything else to it.

That was ricoh.pentax with his K200D.

100,000 or 150,000 are often claimed as rated lifetime by the manufactures and it takes a long time to reach that point. Often the shutter isn't the first thing to fail, but the fact that several of us are beyond 20,000 on cameras as old as K100Ds indicates Pentax makes a good product.
