Island Kookaburra with the Sigma 17-70

Went for a ride last Sunday, via the ferry across to Nth Stradbroke Island off the Queensland coast, lost half my sandwich at a picnic spot to this guy, right after I took this shot. Fair payment I guess for posing.

Did not have any long lenses, but the Sigma 17-70 was on my K10D and he was close enough to shoot at 70mm.

Nice, certainly has a 3-D look about it.
Phil would you mind explaining what size the photo was taken (full 10Mp?), RAW or JPEG, any post processing, etc... thanks

NP, exif info is on right click of the pic itself. Cropped approx to 80% of full frame, shot at 10mp in Jpeg. Camera set to Bright mode, +1 on Sharpness, slight adjustment on contrast, otherwise no PP.

Can get the EXIF data if you save the image first and then right click on it for Properties ... if using Photobucket though you can view the EXIF data within the site.

Nice shot BTW ... I need to get out and take some of the wildlife around home ... still waiting on the 75-300 zoom in to come in though (trying to capture wildlife with 18-55 is a little hard ... hee hee).
