I shoot LOTS of MF, and nothing with such a small format as the piddly little 645D.
Let's see, there's the Minolta Autocord TLR, and Zeiss Ikonta B folder, and Kodak Brownie Twin 20, and Ansco Panda, and Anscoflex TLR (Raymond Loewy design), and Herbert George Official Girl Scout, all 6x6 (56x56mm frames); and the Kodak Monitor, and KW Patent-Etui folders, both 6x9 (56x84mm frames). None of this stuff weighs very much either. And it was all REAL CHEAP.
That 645D only has a 33x44mm frame; real 645 has about 41x56mm frames. To compare: 35mm/FF is 24x36mm, and APS-C is about 17x25mm. If I stick a 135 cart in a 6x6 cam I get 40x56mm frames, about the same as a 645D; in a 6x9 I get 40x84mm frames, better than a 2:1 pano! Sprocket holes included at no extra charge.
645D with a 55mm lens? Feh. I'll stick a 6x6 folder in one pocket, a 6x9 in the other, hang a light meter around my neck, and I'm BLOODY READY FOR TROUBLE, as Eric Clapton said before he passed out on stage in Buffalo NY. But that's another story.
