That doesn't give you the version to the last decimal point. The only way to know is to take a photo, and use PhotoMe to see the EXIF data. Even the Pentax utility program doesn't give you the full version.

I don't have the link for it, but you can do a quick search and download it for free. I just got my KX a few weeks and it didn't have the latest firmware, so I doubt yours does either.

Or if you're a Mac user.... iPhoto tells you in the EXIF data, as does Aperture.

Turning on the camera while holding the Menu button shoes the full version for me, anyway.
