To not do so is illegal.
Errors happen (and in a large company, can take a while to feed back and get corrected). I doubt there's any one of us here who's never made an error in our own job, or would claim that to be the case. I'd expect the mention of the missing feature will disappear from the site after your report works its way back to the person responsible for that part of the site - it's not in the company's own interest to have the error there after all, because it could result in more product returns.
Your legal remedy is to return the product if it doesn't include the advertised feature. It seems you don't want to return it because you like the other features, but that's your personal decision, and doesn't mean you weren't offered the legal remedy of a refund.
I wouldn't hold your breath for a feature to be added because of a marketing error, tbh.
