AF speed

Is there really any noticeable difference in AF speed between the different camera brands? In daylight my kx is as fast as I could wish and I have just tested it in light that gives a 2sec exposure at f5.6 ISO 400 and it took less than a second

Yes there is, but you have to get into the higher specc'ed cameras.
