Pentax are free to choose the sensor they feels is the most suitable (as long as the sensor maker wants to sell it to Pentax). Pentax could choose the new Samsung sensor, or a Sony sensor, or something else, for their new DSLR's. They are free to choose.

Pentax is in Partnership with Samsung,Sony and Kodak.
So,they can choose what is to choose.
I think it will be a new Samsung Sensor,same like in the new NX to Photokina in September.
