Well, judging by your website, it does appear that you "nail" the shot quite often.

This is going in a really bad direction.

Something I'm exploring right now is the high ISO differences between the K20D and K-x. So far with early tests, the K-x seems to be 2-2.25 stops more sensitive than the K20D in low light. K-x images are significantly brighter at 6400 and both cams at the exact same settings in poor light.

Hey guys, it's been a few months since I last posted. I've been keeping a low-key online profile...

I just received my new K-x kit... and I wonder if I've been hoodwinked!
Shockingly I, too, have been sold a bad bill o' goods, cause my K-x is stellar. Perfect exterior, beautiful photos at every possible setting, light but solid feel....clearly I should return it

Hope you're enjoying your defective K-x as much as I'm enjoying mine

Weird. According to DxOmark, the K-x and K20D have nearly identical sensitivities at all ISOs. Then again, I'm sure we're all aware of how consistently DxOmark data translates into real-world experience.

Weird is because I'm a soopid friggin idiot. I was taking some test shots... geez this is embarrassing... and didn't realize the K-x was in RAW +. LR converted the batch (RAWS and Jpegs mixed) and the Jpegs looked brighter, by like by +1.5 stops.

Dumb dumb.

But after doing it again and I'll do more testing, There is a slight difference. Maybe -0.15 to +0.25 Ev

Hangs head, logs off and hides in the corner.
