Wireless flash disabled on K200D when 3 sec remote delay is used?

Well the title sez it all. Recently I noticed that the wireless flash trigger option under the function menu was disabled on K200D when 3 sec remote delay setting (under the function menu) is selected. Is it just me or was I doing something wrong?

And if so, what might be Pentax's rationale?
