If you're talking about the high pitch noise, then it's the noise from the sensor cleaning mechanism.

If you're talking about the "clunk" sound, then it's the SR mechanism locking the sensor in place, as stated in the sticky on top of this forum.

Neither, the noise happen when you turn the power on, something like the draw bar of aperture ...

I think that's the 'clunk' that Sideway is talking about. Mine does the same thing, always has.

No, the sensor dust shaker is a piezo action and can be be set to run or not on startup. It's a light high pitched squeal. Opposed to the one on the K10/K20d that sounds like a dog shaking the water off of his ears. It was completely redone on the K7.

I have shut off the auto sensor clean, it has been said on other forums that the noise may caused by the draw bar of aperture on the K-7, you can see it when you take off lens...

My old K-7 made a high pitched noise when I turned it on. It's well documented and is normal. Oddly enough, my K-7 Silver doesn't make the sound at all. I wouldn't worry about the noise if your camera makes it...

Try switching off sensor cleaning on start and see if it still makes a noise.

I quite like the way my K20D does it...

It freaks people out who turn it on for the first time :P

It's the aperture control lever moving: https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/668799-post16.html

I guess if you are new to Pentax you would be alarmed with all the noises that the camera makes.
It would definitely make me nervous too.
But if it something that does it everytime you start it up, then I would dismiss it as a normal occurrence..but if it does it only once in a while, then something is definitely wrong with it.
Congrats on you K-7.
