Welcome to the forums Nikko!
Are you sure it is on the focusing screen and not on the sensor or the lens?
If it turns out on the photos you take, then it may be on the sensor or the lens.
If you switch lenses and still turns out on your photos, then it is definitely dust on your sensor.
If you see it and it doesn't turn up on your photos, then it might be on your focusing screen, viewfinder mirror, your viewfinder or penta-mirror.
Try to find out for sure first if it turns up on the photos or not.

switch camera off, remove lens and look above the mirror - you'll see the focusing screen. You could use a blower on it or a very soft, clean make up brush and gently and slowly brush over the surface.

If the dust is still in the same place afterwards, then it is on the other side of the screen and you best take it to service center.

But as you'll see if you check the manyprevious threads on the topic, there is a great chances you'll make it worse, and a very real chance you;'ll ruin the screen completely in the attempt. And even if you succeed, dust will return. It's just a fact of life with an SLR. Learning to live with it is the wisest chocie.
