Quick! Buying k-x today!

What is the best price on the k-x with kit lens, and or with the 50-200 lens?. I am deciding between those two combos and purchasing today. Thanks For the help!

I did, and can't find the k-x with kit lens for under 490.00. I see people saying the found it for 460.00 and lower. So just looking for a little help. So if anyone knows where I can snag one for a good price let me know. Thanks.

460 was the Christmas price. Undoubtly it has gone up since then ... 490 for the kit is a fair price, $30 isn't that huge of a difference. Otherwise wait for the end of May, prices might drop once the little ones are released from school and trunk-slamming season gets underway.

I saw the dual lens kits below $500 the other day on a few places, and they've been as low as $475 for that lens combination.

I guess that would be around the average though, the kit that has the 55-300mm (a much better lens than the 50-200mm) is around $650 from what I've found, so if you can afford that, I would recommend getting that one instead, you'll like that lens a lot more.

Like we said, too much work.

Plus, he was in a HURRY, so why bother checking himself?

Some people do seem to make up their minds and then rush around looking for prices. I say, *don't.* If it costs a few bucks more at a trusted seller like B&H or Adorama, *especially* if you're in a rush, pay the bit extra. That way, if your rush hurts you, it won't be for long.

Whether it's an exuberant rush or whatever, if you want to rush, rush somewhere you aren't screwed if you miss something. Cause otherwise is exactly how the bad guys get you.

If you want to do something impulsive with some bills, be happy, don't make it stupid over thirty bucks.

If you want to shave the thirty bucks, put the care in for due dilligence. Don't mix up your big motivation to spend, with getting screwed for a Jackson. Does not make sense. Still basically the same money.

If your in a hurry go to your local camera store and buy it, then you can take it right home and play with it, not having to wait a week for delivery. That is assuming you bought from a reputable online seller.

Remember when buying online sometimes you don't get what you paid for..

Seeing you have no location or country in your online profile why not visit Teds Cameras here in Australia?

Or do you assume everyone here on this forum lives down the road from you

Mods, I hope I'm not getting close to crossing the line on this, but the OP kind of invited it.
