Uh oh! GX-20 Unresponsive.

I've had the GX-20 for about 6 months now, after buying second hand, and it took a minor fall the other day, and now isn't functioning properly. I've never had a problem with a camera before, and I'm hoping it's just a minor problem and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this kind of a problem:

I can access all the menu features and make changes/remove dust/view photos etc, however it appears to me that all the functions using buttons around the shutter button no longer work, i.e. I can't shoot, I can't change the aperture/shutter speed etc using the rollers or any other functions with the buttons on the top. The screen still displays however.

Is this likely to be a loose connection in the camera? I have sent emails to samsung but have got no reply. Will it be a simple problem to fix or an expensive one? It was dropped on its edge at the bottom of the hand grip, from approximately 1m.

I am sorry to hear that your camera isn't working right. However, due to you saying that a section of buttons are not working I am guessing that a connector may have come loose inside the body. I have never sent my camera in for service so I am not sure how much the cost will be, but if it is a loose connection I can't imagine that it would be much.
