Broken screen on K020

I am sick. I dropped my K-20 and broke the back screen. Now it will not do anything.
My question is: Is it practical to send it in to have fixed or trash it.
Thanks

Looks like more than the screen is damaged. Why not send it in for a quote?

Well that sucks... I agree, I would send it for a quote and then decide what to do about it.

Good luck with it..

Bad luck mate.

It's got to be worth getting an estimate on getting it repaired - it may just be a wire off. Personally i'd turn it off and take the battery out to stop the problem getting worse.

Man, that really sucks.

Hopefully ,it is just the screen and it can be replaced easily. have you looked that camera over and made sure that there are no cracks in the body. My friend dropped his K10D and there was a small crack that lead up the side of the camera.

Try to get a quote first, then if you think the cost is not worth it, you can still sell it "as is" on ebay for parts or for those who might have an idea how to fix it.
You'll be surprised at how much people would shell out for an "as is" item.
