I recently handed in a K-7 for a warranty repair (flash shoe loose after taking off a stuck flash). After having heard stories of repairs taking weeks and weeks (same stories on Nikon and Canon) I was really surprised to have the camera back in only 4 working days. Considering the camera was shipped some 600 km as well, I was really impressed. OK, not a big repair, but still shows they are not putting cameras in a pile.
