My friends blame me that my photo seems to be taken by Canon DSLR...

Oh, no...

So I am asking how to set up the options in the menu of K-7...

I'm not sure if this will be exactly what you're looking for, but the following settings give pretty good results (to my eyes):

Style: Neutral
Saturation +2
Highlight Contrast +3
Shadow Contrast -3
Fine Sharpness (2) +2

( I use these settings in combination with a warmer tone to AWB, btw)

I do not use any specific settings, but I found Pentax Digital Camera Utility 4 (PDCU) very useful to PP the photo.
