High Speed Flash on the K200D

Has anyone gotten high speed syn flash to work with the AF-360-FGZ Flash and K200D? Right now I'm limited to 1/180 sec. Checked the manual yesterday and could not find it.

Opps, the challegene is getting hi speed flash in a wireless mode....
