[Confused]

To all intents and purposes it would appear that the Minolta NP-400 and Pentax D-L150 batteries seem to be reasonably compatible/interchangeable ? Apart from a slight difference in duration (NP-400 - 1500mAh/1750mAh vs D-L150 - 1620mAh), I can't ascertain any obvious difference between them. I'd like to purchase a second charger and a quick internet search has revealed a number of third-party chargers costing from $9.99 upwards. Has anybody bought one of these and if so what has been your experience with it ?

don't know about the chargers, but you are correct on the batteries. i have the minolta as a backup and it works fine.

batteries and charger work great but trash the cleaning kit.
have 5 batteries now need more memory.

Yes, I use the batteries from my A2 and they work fine.

Hey, It's almost worth it for the battery charger alone, because the stock PENTAX version uses a cord.... Nice find....and I personnaly have not purchased from Cameta Camera, but someone I know has and says they are reputable.
