This little project went well, it was working within 1 hour.

I wanted to record the timing measurements for the various old focal plane and lens shutters here.
I have 2 old storage scopes here to repair, well down on the list, anyway, their file storage is obsolete.

Old used oscilloscope camera adaptors are still quite costly.

Looking around the junk bin, there was an old air bed pump with a bore of 95mm and a length of 280 mm and a big flat base.
All of solid plastic with useable wall thickness

A big 94mm hole was bored in the base and 2 mounting holes drilled to match the plate of the oscilloscope.

The threaded cap was bored to match the taper on the outside of the hood of the 18~55 kit lens, so that the hood is a light tight press fit.

The K-01 is mounted on a tripod. Lens at f/11, shutter is set to 1 second, and the graticle of the scope is adjusted for exposure.
The K-01 lacks external shutter actuation, so I just fire it and press the shutter on the camera under test sometime in the 1 second period.
